People are an organization's greatest asset, and an investment in training is an investment in them. Proper training saves money and safeguards your assets by protecting against costly errors and mistakes.

XRG provides a variety of custom training courses to help teams reach developmental goals. The training can be administered on-site, off-site, or digitally for maximum flexibility.

Training is offered for operators, technicians, and engineers on many different topics, including:

  • Combustion fundamentals

  • Air pollutant formation and control

  • Design and operation of process heaters, boilers or cracking furnaces

  • Solving flame impingement and heat flux issues

  • Addressing fouling, coking, and corrosion in fired equipment

  • Burner management and combustion control systems

FREE TRAINING SERIES

Fired heaters emit an estimated 400 to 500 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) every year. At least 73% of average refinery CO2 emissions come from combustion. If you are focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, it makes sense to target CO2 from fired heaters.
